How do I know if my dog needs a multivitamin?

How do I best feed my dog a ZamiPet chew?

Developed for easy feeding, the unique clover-shaped ZamiPet chew can be consumed whole or broken into segments. Please refer to the directions for use to determine the recommended daily serve based on your dog's weight, or speak to your animal health professional.

Are the ZamiPet chews soft enough to break apart?

Yes! We've developed the ZamiPet chews so they can be broken into smaller pieces, so you can vary the dosage depending on your dog's weight. They’re also perfect for smaller or fussy dogs who might find smaller pieces more manageable.

What is the best way to store my ZamiPet chews?

Always store your ZamiPet chews below 30°C out of direct sunlight, protected from moisture, heat and light. To maximise freshness, always keep the container tightly closed.

Can I use ZamiPet chews as frequent treats or rewards?

Whilst your dog will no doubt love our chews and see them as delicious treats, the ZamiPet range has been specially formulated for supplemental use and should only be dispensed as per the directions for use, or as recommended by your animal health professional.

Should I feed my dog its ZamiPet chews at mealtime?

ZamiPet chews can be fed to your dog at any time of the day as per the recommended dosage. However, the easiest way to always remember your dog's ZamiPet chew, is to feed alongside your pet's main meal. For optimal results, it’s best to give your dog the prescribed number of chews in one feeding.

My dog is a fussy eater and won't be easily tricked into trying something new. How will I go feeding the ZamiPet range to my pet?

There's a fussy eater in every household! We've formulated our ZamiPet chews to make them super-tasty and irresistible to dogs, using locally sourced chicken and salmon.

Is it OK to give my dog different products from the ZamiPet range at the same time?

Our Australian vets have formulated the ZamiPet range so that products can be paired together depending on the health needs of your pet, both safely and effectively. Please ensure you always follow the feeding guidelines on the label or speak to your animal health professional.

How do I determine if my dog is 'senior'?

Individually, when a dog becomes senior will depend on health, exercise routine and any pre-existing health conditions. However, a dog is considered to have entered its senior years when it has reached the last quarter of its life expectancy. As a general rule, large dogs tend to age more quickly than smaller dogs. So, whilst a large dog like a Great Dane might be considered ‘senior’ after just six or seven human years, for smaller dogs like Boston Terriers, it’s 10 or 11 years. And mid-sized dogs? Around nine human years.

Are ZamiPet products made in Australia?

Our ZamiPet chew range is manufactured in Australia from local ingredients.

Why is there a QR code on my ZamiPet product?

The ZamiPet QR (Quick Response) code is a mark of authentication on all our products, as well as providing a valuable link to more detailed product information for your ZamiPet product. Simply scan using the camera on your smartphone and it will send you directly to the relevant product page on the ZamiPet website.

Do I need to join ZamiRewards to start earning ZamiPoints?

You don't need to be a ZamiRewards member to start to earn ZamiPoints! When you make a purchase on zamipet.com.au, your points will be automatically calculated as you shop. However, if you'd like to earn Zamipoints in ways other than shopping, redeem a reward, or refer friends to ZamiRewards, you'll need to become a member, which you can do here.

Do my ZamiPoints expire?

Great news! Your ZamiPoints don't have an expiry date and they're valid until you redeem them for a reward on zamipet.com.au.

Where can I redeem my ZamiPoints for rewards?

Your ZamiPoints can be redeemed only on zamipet.com.au. If the reward you're redeeming is a discount, this can only be use on once-off purchases and not on ZamiPet Subscription. 

How can I check my ZamiPoints balance or see the rewards available to me?

You can easily see you ZamiPoints balance and available rewards by logging into your ZamiRewards account here.

Where can I find my unique referral link to share with my family and friends?

To share you unique referral link with your family and friends, you need to be a member of ZamiRewards (you can join here). Once logged in, scroll down to see your referral link which you can copy and paste to share with your family and friends.

Can I use multiple rewards at once?

As much as we'd love to shower you in rewards for being a ZamiRewards member, you're only able to redeem one reward at a time. If you're lucky enough to have multiple rewards available, please choose the one that you'd like to redeem the most at the time of making a purchase.

Can I redeem ZamiPoints for rewards while there's a sale on at zamipet.com.au?

ZamiRewards is how we reward you, our loyal customers, year round on zamipet.com.au. In the occasional event that we do have a sale running on zamipet.com.au, ZamiPoints unfortunately can't be redeemed at this time. If you would like to shop with us during the sale, you'll still continue to earn 1 ZamiPoint for every $1 that you spend, contributing towards more great rewards in the near future. 

Can I close my ZamiRewards account?

Yes, you may close your account at any time. Please email us at help@zamipet.com.au to request that we close your account for you. Any unused ZamiPoints that you have will be forfeited and cannot be transferred to another ZamiRewards member. 

If I have multiple ZamiRewards accounts, can I merge them together?

Yes, we're happy to help you merge ZamiRewards accounts if you've created more than one. Please email us at help@zamipet.com.au with the details of each account and we'll be happy to assist you. 

I've entered my birthday into ZamiRewards but didn't receive 200 ZamiPoints on my birthday. What happened?

To be eligible to receive the birthday reward of 200 ZamiPoints, you must enter your birthday into ZamiRewards at least 30 days in advance of the day of your birthday. Your ZamiPoints will automatically be added to your account on your birthday, the following year.
