What is ZamiPet Subscription?

ZamiPet Subscription lets you have your favourite ZamiPet products automatically delivered to you, at a time interval that suits your pet best.

Do I get a discount with ZamiPet Subscription?

Yes! On your first delivery and all ongoing deliveries, you'll receive a guaranteed 20% off RRP, each time your order is sent to you. 

Can I make a one-off purchase, as well as set up a ZamiPet Subscription in the same order?

Yes, you can have a combination of one-off purchases and subscription products in your order.

I’m not ready for my next subscription delivery, can I change it?

Yes, you can easily change the details of your ZamiPet Subscription if you need to. To make any updates, login to the ZamiPet Subscription portal here. You can pause, edit or cancel your subscription at any time.

How do I change the products in my subscription?

Simply login to the ZamiPet Subscription portal here. From there, you can change the products in your Subscription, including the products and the frequency at which your orders are sent to you.

How do I cancel my ZamiPet Subscription?

To cancel your subscription, please login to your account in the ZamiPet Subscription portal here.

Will I be reminded of my upcoming delivery?

Yes. Three days before your subscription is processed, we’ll be in touch with you by email to let you know your order will be on its way to you soon. If you need to make any changes, like changing products or delivery frequency, you’ll be able to do that before your next ZamiPet Subscription is sent to you. You can make any changes by logging into the ZamiPet Subscription portal here.

What happens if my subscription payment is declined?

If we can’t process the payment for your ZamiPet Subscription, we’ll contact you by email and ask that you login to the ZamiPet Subscription portal here and update your payment information.

Do I earn ZamiPoints on my ZamiPet Subscription?

Yes, you will earn ZamiPoints on any ZamiPet Subscription purchases.

Can I redeem ZamiRewards benefits on as part of my subscription?

To redeem your ZamiRewards benefits, you will need to place a separate order, as unfortunately these rewards cannot be redeemed as part of an automatic ZamiPet Subscription order.

If you need to place your ZamiPet Subscription on hold while you place a separate order, you can pause your subscription in the ZamiPet Subscription portal here.

If there is a sale running on, will my subscription be discounted too?

While there is a sale running on, unfortunately this discounted price does not apply to subscription products. If you’d like to shop at the sale price, the easiest way to do this is to pause your subscription by logging into your ZamiPet Subscription account here. Then, you can shop on placing an order for the products you’d like to purchase while they’re on sale.

ZamiPet Subscription Terms and Conditions

  • ZamiPet Subscription discounts apply to the RRP of eligible products on
  • ZamiPet Subscription is a recurring order for the same item(s) that you set up with us while shopping on
  • As part of a ZamiPet Subscription, you are entitled to the following discount:
    • 20% off RRP on your first Subscription delivery and all future deliveries.
  • Standard shipping costs apply to ZamiPet Subscription deliveries. See our Shipping Policy for shipping costs.
  • The order price will be calculated at the time we process your ZamiPet Subscription order.
  • If a sale is running on at the time your subscription is fulfilled, your items will not be discounted to the sale price. The sale discount cannot be combined with any other discounts, including the 20% ZamiPet Subscription discount. Sale prices cannot be combined with any other offers.
  • If an item in your ZamiPet Subscription is out of stock, we will contact you via email to ask if you would like a substitute item. If we cannot contact you 3 days before your order is scheduled for processing we will cancel your ZamiPet Subscription for that item, and you will not be charged for that item.
  • If we are unable to process payment via your preferred payment method, your ZamiPet Subscription order will not be processed and your order will be cancelled. We will contact you by email to update your payment method
  • We reserve the right to change or cancel the ZamiPet Subscription service or any of these terms at any time.
