How to take up ZamiPet's 100% Taste Guarantee

For products purchased on zamipet.com.au:

  1. If your dog doesn’t enjoy their ZamiPet product within 40 days of purchase, contact us via email at orders@zamipet.com.au, quoting your order number and the product you’d like to return
  2. Once your return is approved, please return the remaining product to us at the address provided. Please note: the customer is responsible for the cost of return postage
  3. Once we’ve received your item, we’ll refund the purchase price that was paid. Please note that any delivery fees cannot be refunded. Funds may take up to 3 business days to be deposited into your account.

The 100% Taste Guarantee is assessed on a case-by-case basis. ZamiPet reserves the right to decline the 100% Taste Guarantee to a customer based on their transactional history on zamipet.com.au.
